Staff is overworked and it shows in their attitude towards the residents. Overall opinion is that poor people stay and good people leave. within the year and a half while my parents were there, the facility had 3 directors, 2 head nurses and multiple care staff. It is bad for the residents who rely on consistent care to have these many changes

Working at Brightview Senior Living was a meaningful experience for me. The residents were always kind and respectful, and they made me feel like part of a family. I truly value the time I spent there and the appreciation I received from both residents and many of my coworkers.
