From a caregivers standpoint it’s incredibly disheartening that the residents pay so much money to be treated so poorly here. The nursing staff is absolutely negligent and I have watched them ignore blood pressures in the 180s to 200s range as well as forget to give meds or just take basic vitals signs when they know a resident is ill. I will say I have seen some incredible techs that have been great and I have also seen very aggressive aids and techs that are very forceful with the residents.
