From a caregivers standpoint it’s incredibly disheartening that the residents pay so much money to be treated so poorly here. The nursing staff is absolutely negligent and I have watched them ignore blood pressures in the 180s to 200s range as well as forget to give meds or just take basic vitals signs when they know a resident is ill. I will say I have seen some incredible techs that have been great and I have also seen very aggressive aids and techs that are very forceful with the residents. We took a tour of this beautiful community and were impressed with the lovely physical plant. The staff and residents were openly friendly and welcoming. After visiting other communities, Brightview is at the top of our list.
