Very pleasant
Helped an older friend of mine move in to this facility- seems like a wonderful place to be. All staff were professional, helpful and kind hearted. Other residents seem to all look happy which I believe is a reflection of the overall community.
I’ve waited more than 6 months to write this review. Our mom was a resident there from October 2021 until the end of January 2024. She was happy there and considered it her home. After Thanksgiving in 2023 she became sick with a UTI and was hospitalized and went to rehab to get stronger to be able to go back “home” to Brightview. At rehab she relapsed and was rushed to the hospital with pneumonia and urosepsis. She recovered from her infection but towards the end of her hospitalization she was apparently very close to death ... read more
