My mother has been a happy resident of "Brightview University" (Catonsville) since January of this year. My family is pleased so far with her care. Some staff members really stand out in mom's Brightview family. Kathleen is the perfect front desk associate. She is as capable and friendly as she is lovely. I moved my mother out after only a month. They had initially agreed to accept my mother into assisted living with a diagnosis of dementia with the plan of putting her in memory care during the day and letting her sleep in a assisted living apartment in the evening until a room opened up in memory care. The new director Susan came on board and ignored the original agreement made. they did not help her get dressed in the mornings or in the evenings.
