近期通过这家律所的律师完成了房屋过户，从头到尾的体验都非常棒，完全超出了我的预期！ 我的case相对复杂，因为需要配合卖家完成early settlement，整个过程从委托律师到最后成交仅用了3周半。虽然时间紧张，我作为买家却感到非常省心，因为律师团队真的太专业了！ 让我印象最深的是合同讲解环节。我的房屋涉及easement，以及原开发商附加的土地使用限制等复杂条款，律师逐条耐心地为我解释，并结合我的具体情况给出建议。让我感到特别踏实，真正体现了律师在处理房屋交易中的专业价值，是一般的conveyancer无法提供的。 流程的透明度和条理性也让我特别满意。每一个步骤，都会先通过邮件详细说明，同时在微信群里及时提醒和答疑。所有我关心的问题，不仅得到了快速解答，甚至很多问题在我问的时候，律师就都已经处理好了，总之，2个字，踏实。 还有settle前的细致安排，律师严格按照最初提供的流程一步步推进，没有任何意外或遗漏。交割的前一周，律师会提前与我确认所有细节：周三交代流程，周五再次核对。等到交割当日（next周一），我完全是放松的状态，甚至在追剧《我是刑警》，哈哈。下午2点是预约的交割时间，不到3点律师就通知我，成交已经顺利完成！ 听朋友说，很多人... read more
