Brightstar Waunakee is good place. It feels like family there. Great Nursing, food, concierge service is great. Executive Director involved and makes himself available.

They pride themselves on their food and it’s terrible. On weekends they basically have warm bodies in control- I used to have to sit outside to return my elderly father for a half hour at a time on weekends. The receptionist is amazing - I would not send a loved one there. We got our dad out and he was so relieved.

I made the decision to place my husband in BSL Waunakee Memory Care 2.5 yrs. ago. It is the best decision I could have ever made in terms of finding support for both my husband & me. The building is exceptionally clean & well maintained. Fresh fruit & vegetables are an integral part of the delicious meals & snacks. Ryan is a bad ED very rude and disrespectful!! No one should work at this place!! Under paid 12-13 an hour for all the work you have to do
