They are an EXTREMELY KIND, CARING TEAM OF PEOPLE!!! They are so comfortable to work with. Staff so very pleasant. Unfortunately I needed a bigger room & needed it asap which wasn't possible. As you can tell, even though I am not a resident, I was so impressed I had to review. To everyone there, my best wishes & appreciatiation.

What a horrible place to work and live. Mostly Hispanic speaking staff, facility keeps erasing my review. I will expose this horrible place.Old and poorly kept

Brightside is great. The staff is caring, the facility is warm, welcoming and clean, it's the absolute only place I found that didn't require a spend down AND was helpful in getting everything ready to have my grandfather move in. A real gem of a facility. I'm sorry grateful for Brightside and their exceptional team.
