Horrible photographers. Horrible.
Our school used this company this year, I was very disappointed. Quality of picture isn't as good, I find the colour faded and the prices are way too expensive.
Very disappointed with this experience. We paid $20 at the time of the photo session during a very meaningful First Communion ceremony for our daughter, and at no point was it explained that this fee was only to take the family photo—not to receive any copy of it. There was zero communication that we would need to pay again just to access the images. On such an important day for our family, we trusted this service to capture special moments. Bought an online download package for my brothers graduation photos. Purchased the photos on Feb 4 and it is currently June 10, still haven’t received anything. Read the disclaimers about waiting times for «processing» so we decided to be patient. But we ordered these online downloads back in February, so I’m not really understanding why the wait times are this long? Would love to know where my order is at or whether I’ll receive it.
