Really disappointed with our school photos this year. The originals weren’t great, and the retakes were worse — it really didn’t look like much care or effort went into either set. We won’t be ordering any. And judging by the mom chats at our school, we’re definitely not the only ones feeling this way.
Paid $60 for a school photo package and they have the audacity to charge $5 for cutting the photos. This is ridiculous. Service 0/10.
I paid $32 in April for one photo download, now it's end of August, no photo and no response to emails or calls. Please send the photo or give me back my 32 dollars
I'm editing my review because they reached out to me and edited our photo to make it right. Outstanding customer service.
