Mark provides a holistic approach to get your body working right rather than a quick fix that temporarily resolves the issue. Having gone from sports injury to sports injury it was great to be able to perform in high level sport without persistent problems following a course of appointments with Mark.

I've been working with Mark at Brighton Physiotherapy for over a year now - his support and services have been invaluable! I've been working with Mark for a couple of years now. He's helped me move past stuck injuries and has helped me have a better understanding of my body's patterns of movement and how I'm holding my stress and tension so avoid new injuries, but also to have a better understanding of myself.

Mark's approach is more holistic and fundamental than other physios I have used in the past. Mark takes a deeply holistic approach with clients which ensures that he’s looking at the impact of an injury on the whole body and the impact of an entire life and lifestyle on recovery. He makes recommendations and plans that tackle not just the injury but other lifestyle factors that could aid or hinder recovery - ensuring treatment is highly effective. Having arrived after several accidents with multiple broken bones and soft tissue injuries, Mark’s personal and professional approach quickly instilled the trust and confi... read more
