I have been seeing Mark for the last 6 weeks about an ongoing issue I had and I cannot recommend him enough. He firstly got to the crux of the issue of which I was not able to do previously and since then his treatment and exercise plan that he has provided have proved really beneficial. As an athlete I have been really impressed at his holistic treatment approach to the injury which has given me knowledge about my body which I will now take forward for the rest of my career.
Mark has been helping me with my rehabilitation from a knee injury sustained while running for a few months now. Over a number of sessions he's given me hands on therapy, advice and exercises which have taken a holistic approach to the original problem and my strength and flexibility have improved to the point where I'm moving freely without pain or stiffness. If I need any further help with recovering from injury I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

I have been using Brighton Physiotherapy for a while as I have had ongoing issues with my knees over the years. Mark was able to quickly ascertain the cause of the problem and give me a great list of exercises (for body and breathing) to not only help resolve the issue but strengthen the areas that have been neglected/weakened for years. This recovery and strengthening takes time, but I am in a much better, and pain free, position now than I was when I first started.
