I came to Ben 2 months ago with a herniated disc. Initially my movement was extremely limited and I was in a lot of pain. Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful that from the very first session I began to see an improvement. His understanding of my condition meant that I left each session with a list of exercises to do on top of the treatment he had given. I am now back to feeling pain free and mobile again and it is all down to the advice and treatment received by Ben. I can’t thank him, or recommend him enough!

After speaking to a few practitioners on the phone I chose Ben to treat and guide the recovery of a medial knee ligament. A comprehensive mobility assessment plus questioning diagnosed the area and provided a treatment plan which has enabled me to go from being on crutches to cycling a 40 mile bike ride in 6 months. Thanks Ben. Il be back for body maintenance and services.

I needed help with shoulder/spine injury and brutally knotted surrounding muscles, having had this before, I knew it could take months to resolve. Ben has such a calm and reassuring approach, adjusted the therapy intensity to suit me and regularly adjusted my own daily stretching routine as the therapy progressed. Just a really nice guy to help you through what can be a difficult time/injury. I'm thankfully back to normal levels...but Ben will always be in my contacts if there's a sign of a flare-up. Thanks Ben. 10/10

I can’t recommend Ben enough. The heel pain I have been living with for years is almost gone and in just a few months. I wish I had gone to see him sooner.
