Five stars for wonderful residents, some great team members, and a rewarding job cleaning and caring for residents. However.... SHAME ON THESE NEW OWNERS. Breaking down equipment, lack of soap and cleaning solution, disengaged employees playing on phones much of the day, bickering employees, constant drama, accusations, slander, temper tantrums, pulling bedspreads over soiled linens so resident sleeps in urine, lackadaisical idiots who think emptying garbage is a major life event. Having partnered with Brighton Gardens of Omaha for many years, I can honestly say it is a wonderful community of residents and staff. The community is very easy to work with as the interdisciplinary team is extremely passionate and strive every day to provide incredible quality of care for all residents. I would recommend Brighton Gardens to anyone looking for a place for their loved one for long term care placement, short term rehabilitation or assisted living!
