This facility was a great experience for my family. They took great care of father. I would definitely recommend it. The administrator Neema is the absolute best, along with all the staff.
If I could make this review 0 stars, I would. Stay far, far away from this place if you value the health and wellbeing of your loved ones. My stepmother received incredibly neglectful care here that almost led to her demise. The communication is atrocious and basically nonexistent. The bathrooms even downstairs are constantly heavily soiled with feces. The housekeeping in residents rooms also nonexistent. The gentleman who does laundry there is amazing. Unfortunately it hasn't been a good experience for me as a daughter, that continue to fight for her mother that doesn't speak english or can't express her self. A change of director ,new nurses has been done. But my mom its been there since 2022 not by my decision. I have seem it all. At first they heard my concerns and made few changes,the minute i continue to express my self of the caring for a nurse that just turn my question away with an answer " I don't know and don't bother to check my mother it terifies me.
