I just to bank in this Location when it was First Community Bank..I got to know Kathy the Manager now for Brighton Bank, also Kylie and Brent...I believe that RELATIONS are so important and this is the reason why we came back to Bank at Brighton Bank. Kathy, Kylie and Valentina are the BEST...We opened our 3 Business accounts and a personal one too because of how PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE they're. Love the fact that they have Spanish Speaking people for those who don't know enough English. Keep up the GREAT WORK... read more
Really loved Kathy, Shes really supported me when I needed it the most. With that being said, I dont use Brighton unless needed for my special needs child which is not an everyday transaction. Very seldom. I needed to cash my daughter's check and the teller said no. My account was closed in May and had reoccurring overdraft fees. Um..what? And that I cannot re open my account. Luckily there are other banks out there. Although I loved Kathy, we will just branch to other advanced banks.

I have personally never been to this bank, however my teenage son was in a car accident and was told to pull over to the nearest open parking lot so he did just that. The manager Shane Giddings came out while I was on the phone with him saying he needed to leave or he was going to beat his ass. My son told him he couldn’t leave because he was waiting for the cops (they were just rear ended) and this lovely gentlemen said I don’t care and continued to yell at him.
