I came in with my two kids to buy a birthday present for Mom/Wifey. Livia was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful, as well as being sweet with the kids (even bringing them cookies and water!) and it made the whole experience lovely. Staff like this make a huge difference and reflect well on the company! Thank you!
Great store with all the newest inventory! Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and newest items. Assistant store manager Adelita was such a huge help and great customer service. I will definitely be returning here again
I had to return a piece of jewelry I got as a gift. I had no receipt but got no push back. I got help finding another piece I just love. The employees that day were super friendly and engaging. Nice to have good customer service...so rare now a days........
I have been a loyal Brighton customer for many years and have purchased most of my pieces at the Park Meadows mall location. I truly love this brand and have always had wonderful experiences in this store, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. I came in with two Brighton pieces that had darkened over time and simply asked if there was anything that could be done to clean or restore them.
