Bright Local has been an invaluable tool to our business. We have used it for citations, and Local SEO audits. The tools are laid out well and provide a visual for clients to see how they are performing. Anytime we have needed customer service they are available and willing to help.
I would strongly advise any company to double think about using this service. While others may have had a different experience my multi-location business has not. 1. Brightlocal are on a different time zone entirely to Australia, so support was difficult from the beginning. I'd advise others not to make that same mistake. My team members had to work outside of their normal hours to talk with them. 2.
