I would strongly advise any company to double think about using this service. While others may have had a different experience my multi-location business has not. 1. Brightlocal are on a different time zone entirely to Australia, so support was difficult from the beginning. I'd advise others not to make that same mistake. My team members had to work outside of their normal hours to talk with them. 2. Very decent service at a reasonable price. Even at the basic level I purchased , it allows you to establish and track your citations, and it automatically responds to reviews ubntelligently - great if you have volumes coming in. Support is outstanding and personal.
I have enjoyed using BrightLocal's Citation tool! Great tool that improves productivity 10x after you learn how to use it. Better on-boarding/tool walk-thru would have gotten BrightLocal an extra star here.
