The service throughout the entire process from the station to the ride was EXCEPTIONAL, great job to the staff for such an enjoyable experience. The train and stations were clean and I felt like I could fully immerse and relax during this experience. Well done Brightline.

I had a great experience on Brightline! They were kind enough to upgrade me to the premium lounge as a courtesy since my ride was delayed. The train was clean, and the seats were really comfortable. The only downside was that the seats don’t recline, but overall, it was still a pleasant ride.
The ride was so nice and quiet and I enjoyed the WiFi. The whole experience was amazing
