Customer service was unacceptable, our train is being delayed 2 hours without update, I had to go up to the manager and ask myself for a update, he said it just left Miami and is an hour away, it would’ve been nice if he announced that earlier to all the guests that been waiting, the security guard is very rude and arguing with some of the guests, he has a attitude and doesn’t approach people in a respectable manner, the man with the braids at the kiosk selling snacks also acts like he doesn’t wanna be there, he was on his p... read more
This was my first time traveling with Brightline, and I felt very comfortable. The space was neat and clean, and there was no noise to disrupt the experience. What I liked most was how the staff handled situations to keep the environment pleasant. For example, a passenger had put his feet up on the seat table, and someone quickly came to remind him of the proper etiquette. I really appreciated the professionalism and the effort to maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
The overall experience was beyond my expectations thank you…
