This isn’t my first time refinancing a mortgage. But then difference in this one vs the past was Cory. He made this so easy. He was always available, always had an answer quickly and was wonderful to work with. Quick and easy close. I highly recommend Cory and Brightleaf.

We used the civil servant VMAP program through Brightleaf Mortgage and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Even in this crazy market they were able to provide a great rate compared to other lenders we checked. Customer service was top notch and communication was great. I found out about Brightleaf Mortgage through work. I am a teacher and received an email about the Virginia Mortgage Assistance Program through Brightleaf Mortgage that was created for civil servants.
