REPEATED UNSOLICITED CALLS OVER A PERIOD OF MONTHS to my business! My staff has repeated told them we do not need their service and after blocking they repeated call with different numbers. This is extremely distressing and we are actually getting PTSD from new calls and has led to us not able to answer actual clients call! This company is on a whole new level of unethical and I don’t believe they can deliver good service based on their act of conduct!

Had a subscription with this mob for a few years, that i hardly used, it wasn't till I went to end the account that the nightmare started, I signed up for one year.. oh sorry no your contact auto renews every year.. paid out the remaining future payments account closed.. oh sorry no. I still get a bill every month after like nothing ever changed.. Thank you to Brighter HR. I am a sole trader. I had a part-time employee who tried to get payment from me for setting up some paperwork for my business. This was paperwork I had received from Brighter HR. It ended in small claims court, and I could prove it was displayed on your website. The claim was dismissed as I could prove I had paid for a service that covered the paperwork I required to run my business.
