Unacceptable service and non-stop unauthorized billing "BrightHR has been completely useless for our business. Most of the documents and templates they offer are already freely available on the Fair Work Ombudsman and Business Australia websites. Once they set up your account, support becomes virtually non-existent. I originally signed up for a 3-month trial, but despite submitting multiple cancellation notices, they continued to automatically renew and deduct monthly fees for more than two years. I initially gave a 1 star review, however Bright HR reached out to offer assistance. I have completed some further training and I can confidently say that the product does meet my companies needs. I am very happy with the product and I am sure that my team an I will progress now that we have a better understanding and guidence.
