I was originally planning to cancel my subscription with BrightHR after my initial experience, as I didn’t feel the service had been clearly explained to me. We enlisted Bright hr to help our small landscaping business about a year ago and wow ….we are so impressed. Their products(app) are so helpful and everytime we call the helpline we speak to knowledgeable advisors who assist us navigate through many different scenarios from HR to workplace safety . Defiantly worth the investment . We are now confidently supporting are employees with their help and advice .

All the program has really been good for is Employee Contracts. I do not find the advice team that helpful as they do not get back to you in a timely manner if st all. The clock in app is terrible when you come to printing off time sheets to complete payroll. I feel it is a big expense to outlay for very little in return.
