My daughter was placed on the waitlist here a year ago. I called them 1.5 weeks ago just to see if her “turn” was getting close to which they responded that the BCBA had reached out as it had came to her but never heard back from us. Odd, but these things happen. Phone calls get missed. Not a big deal. So, I’m told the BCBA will reach back out to us either that evening or the next day. Never heard from her. The Occupational Therapist is very kind, informative, understanding to my daughter's specific challenges and meets her every day needs. I love this place and the Occupational Therapist!!
The brighter futures on Thurman street- Very friendly to your face but if they don't want to deal with your child they will call cps and report you for neglect in hopes to have your child taken so they don't have to have them anymore. I learned this the hard way. I have found over the years of taking foster children as well as my own that the other locations have never been anything but kind and considerate!
Grace Gosset is extremely unprofessional (and you can see she and Kelly Dugger left five star reviews to try and counteract the negative reviews of their actual clientele). Management is shady and I would never recommend sending your children here under their care.
