It first started when I went and got a lawn mower, I had it financed thru Brighter Financial.I keep my payments up to date never late. The transmission went out on my truck had to have it fixed now called Brighter Financial up they were very kind and treated me very good got the loan the same day. I make my payments over the phone, I am so very pleased with the service I recommend them to everyone I see that talks about needing a loan they will hook you up just call them
I financed my truck through this comapny and they really worked with me when needed , Not to mention I just did a personal loan through them with no problem. This place is awesome and very understanding.
One of the worst customer service experiences. Couldn't say hi, what can I help you with...nothing. once I explained my situation wouldn't even offer to take a look and see if they could do anything
