My experience with Brighten Lending was excellent. I refinanced my mortgage in September 2011. They offered me with a reasonable rate, no closing cost and no prepayment penalty. I was skeptical at first, not knowing how they are earning money. Then I found out that if you have good credit score and etc, they sell your loans to GMAC/FNMA to earn money.
