Best thing I have done for myself in a long time
Great Massage by Lois. By far the best masseuse I have ever experienced. Had a deep tissue and myofascial unwinding. Highly recommend.
Lois is just the best.
As an elite athlete, I've relied on massage to maximize my athletic performance. Lois is by far and away the best massage therapist I've seen! She uses many different modalities to get my body balanced. She has a wealth of knowledge on healing the body, and just by looking at me, see what areas are needing attention and are pulling me out of alignment. She's become a part of my training team in Princeton!
