Website experience is terrible. I’ve had this corporate benefit for years, and each year it gets more difficult to receive reimbursement.
Website lies about what subsidies and payment types they take, as well as where you work, they do not disclose this on the phone or website. Great care for children! And shaping the future of America
Edit: (leaving original review for context.) I was contacted about the issue, and the ticket was finally resolved to my satisfaction. This feels like they have 2 main problems: 1) a ticketing system with gaps of some sort that caused my issue to fall through the cracks (don’t have any suggestions there since I don’t know what ticketing system they’re using) and 2) a very poorly coded registration website (hint: a nice looking site means nothing if it lacks functionality. This app is extremely disappointing and feels like a total letdown, especially for something that’s supposed to support working families. It lacks even the most basic features — you can’t sort daycare options by distance, and after booking, it doesn’t even show the names of the facilities. That’s unacceptable for parents trying to make informed decisions. Worse, the entire Bright Horizons experience feels misleading. The backup care and in person centers are awful and unreliable. Don’t expect anyone to show up. 2 out of 3 business days in a row different people no-showed for backup care. The in person schools have very clear “favorites”, and are completely understaffed. Rules are not uniformly applied to all students. Facilities are not clean.
