Our child has been attending for about a year now full-time. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of care and curriculum utilized in the center. Our child is happy attending and always has exciting things to tell us at the end of each day. The staff is always professional and the administration is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

We recently moved our two children to Bright Horizons after a negative experience at another Hopewell Junction daycare. Our experience at Bright Horizons has been better than we ever could have expected. In fact, I find myself wondering why I wasted years at another daycare. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE daycare! There are so many stories you hear about this daycare, but most of them negative! Personally speaking, I regret sending my child there. He was so unhappy the whole time and came home feeling sad. He stopped being his usual chirpy self. While spending some time at the daycare, there were several times when the staff would be doing their own thing not attending to the crying children in the room, or those with soiled diapers. Bright Horizons is a money hungry, corporate entity (owned by Bain Capital). Teachers are very underpaid and unhappy so the turnover is very high. I think I spent more time in the doctor’s office with 6 ear infections in a year, RSV, you name it and so if you do the math, the time lost from work does not justify the cost. One child was stabbed by another child with scissors and it took a very, very long time and appeals to corporate headquarters to get this child kicked out. Look at alternatives. Unfortunately my experience , which was short lived in 6 months, was terrible. I have never seen such poor leadership and afternoon coordination than I have with this school We have moved around a bit over the last few years and have used schools in different towns. I enrolled my chikld in this school thinking the branding meant quality and I was very wrong. I actually just went there for a tour and it was amazing. The facility was very clean and the kids were engaged. If I could afford to send my child there I would!

I used to work there, they had gotten rid of all the teachers whom HAD recieved their training & certification from the Montessori Institute and LIED to all the parents whom had paid alot of money to have their children attend the school about the teachers that they kept instead! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor would I EVER take my own child there!!! BEWARE!!!

I have mixed feelings about this daycare. In one hand the daycare is very well located (although inconvenient when looking for parking in the middle of the day). On the other hand this daycare is extremely expensive. At almost 1800/month for infants you would expect some things are complementary, but it is not the case. If you want extra curricular activities, they will charge them.
