There was a recent change in management. Main interest is on cutting costs so, they let go a good part of the staff. Most of the remaining teachers are trying their best, but they are visibly overworked. Classrooms are merged when short on staff and sometimes you can see the remaining admins helping out in the classrooms as well. Quality of care for children and teachers has definitely changed for the worst.
We did not have a good experience with this center. While there are caring teachers, some of the teachers are just looking at this as a job and don't have the best interest of the child at heart. It's cookie-cutter classes with strict curriculums with zero flexibility. We had to take our child to urgent care seven times for the first 2 months we were here. We're now in a home daycare for half the cost and she's a lot more happy. They also didn't attend the initial parent/teacher meet-up that they scheduled themselves.
