Bought a mattress but it wasn't what we paid for (bought soft but the one delivered was very firm). Tried for a couple weeks, talked to them and wanted to exchange for right one. They tried to contact manufacturer but no response. They were very helpful in doing an in house trade and we upgraded. We are sleeping much better thanks to them. Would recommend

This store has the small town feel that brings you back to the days when there was one bank and all the people knew your name. They take the time to get to know you and find anything you need and even help to load things and deliver them. We bought a couch from this store a year ago and it was a great deal and is wonderful quality. We just went back in to purchase a mattress and we had the same friendly, kind, helpful service. Just want to share my great experience with them. I have bought all my furniture (king bed with mattress, couches, tables, dining) from them with great prices. Their customer service is amazing and I have always received the same product as was mentioned by amazing staff. Most of my family and friends from calgary and edmonton drove to Lacombe or dealt with them online to get their products and never have any issues with their customer service or their products/sales.
We ended up getting the wrong facing sectional. We weren’t informed that the sectional wasn’t interchangeable for facing, I believe Tanveer is all about making money and not customer service, as she even mentioned “you are doing us both a favour”. Didn’t really seem as customer serviced focused after the fact and more about the sale. They don’t even have their return policy listed on their receipts and you have to go to the liquor store next door to get help.
