After the VISIA skin analysis, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, from my skin type to specific concerns and long-term care recommendations. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely informed. It gave me a much better understanding of my skin and how to take care of it properly. Mary is truly outstanding. I’ve had IPL several times before, but Mary’s results far exceed anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. She is absolutely wonderful, and I really appreciated that she didn’t push in-house products, especially since I only use cruelty-free options. I can’t sing her praises enough. Highly recommend!
