I would like to commend Bright Day Service on their great customer service for new riders! My Physical Therapy appointment was on 12/15/23 Friday and I was nervous due to being a first time rider. My husband was also concerned about having adequate help because I’m a bit lethargic once leaving PT. However, Bright Day Transit left me feeling as though, “ I have options”, when my husband is working additional, and unable to get me to the scheduled appointment, it will not be an issue.
