The dry cleaning is ok, the staff are kinda helpful as long as you don't really need anything.

My wife has dropped off a quilt which is a family heirloom and they are not able to produce this item back to us as of yet. This has been a month that this item they are not able to locate within their business, They continue to provide excuses to my wife every time that she goes in and tries to pick the item up. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone in Loveland
This dry cleaners has misplaced items from us twice now. A comforter for weeks and then a 2 piece dress. Although the staff is super nice and they waived the fee-their plant where they send items out to needs some attention. We had an event to go to and they only had the top half of my dress. So it did me no good. Also when I went back to get the bottom part of my dress, there was a customer in front of me, the clerk was filling out a ticket for a missing item of hers. Come on people!
NEVER EVER use them. 3 days after promised and know one takes responsibility Driving back and forth . Avoid Avoid
