Great service in a very timely manner
We just used Jonathan Mattox for Ancillary Probate in Swain County. Having done probate in other states, I can say that doing probate with Jonathan and his firm was the easiest probate I've ever done. He asked clarifying questions before we started the process (which saved us money), responded to my questions in a timely manner and proactively provided me with a letter I needed to outline the probate work we had done. It was a cold experience. They lead you into the conference room and left. No “would you like something to drink, coffee, water, etc.”. Then the attorney comes in, no comfortable easy pre -conversation before finishing our closing documents for our new house. Then the attorney proceeded with the signing. When we finished he got up, told us it would be filed at the courthouse and left. We got our jackets on and went to the door which gave us an option of left or right.
