Mr Briggs horribly mishandled my friend's divorce proceedings in OC court (I got dragged into the proceedings against my will), and when I wrote a truthful review of his failures in court, Mr Briggs retaliated against his client (in violation of CA Attorney Code of Ethics), which ruined my long-time friendship. I wouldn't hire this guy as my Family Attorney, even if my life was on the line.
