Living up to there reveiws bought a new toilt having problems with it tried to call tec. 3times. Even left message no reply back buy a defrent brand name a company that gives a shit about there product i what to thank menards there working with me
I have tried since Dec 16th 2024 to contact customer service, with a response message someone will get back to you, I just sent my 3rd request. I bought the elevated toilet for my handicapped wife. I will not waste money on 2nd one. My issues started with not flushing waste down after several attempts
I wouldn't wish one of these toilets on worst enemy. The poop lands on an elevated platform and after about 5 attempts to flush without success you resort to having to push your own feces off said level with a wade of toilet paper and then flush another 2 times to get it down. Yes, it's a low water consumption toilet. Looking to replace a brand new toilet due to the poor design. I'd post a photo but I think you get the idea.
Up and running equipment for years.
We had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a briggs pos toilet. WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A KHOLER. After initial installation in November 2023, the pos did not flush...first clue to remove it and get a KHOLER!!! My husband installed all new guts to the toilet to get it to work. Throughout the month we used the pos-it continually plugged up. This was the least used toilet in the house bc it was so unreliable. Now pos doesn't flush at all. Time to get a reliable toilet, like KHOLER. Shame, shame, shame on you briggs....Guess... read more
