Shawn is amazing and does such great work! I bought a board years ago and myself and our large family continue to use this board. We did finally need to replace the foot bad on top of the board. It finally wore out after many years of surfing. I called Shawn the day before we left on a week long trip and he was more than accommodating to help us out and get us back up and surfing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a custom wake-surf board from Shawn at Brigade early 2020 for over $1500. The lights in the board never worked, even after returning my board for the entire surf season to the Brigade team to check it out. Shawn offered to give me a free board in return for the non-working lights / issues & that totally worked for me... The most unprofessional team I've ever met. Great customer service and responses until they've taken your money, no responses once they fail to deliver on what your money paid for. Save yourself the hassle and find another board shop. I recommend checking out Soulcraft - THEY are amazing.
