My mum has been in Brierfields for some time now and I must say the staff and management are fantastic with my mother. I had some issues at the start and spoke to staff but soon realised that the issues wasn’t with the home but with me expecting to much for my mother as it’s a very hard decision to make about your family member. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Poor!
At first, I was really uneasy leaving my mum in anyone's care and had my misgivings. I have to say that the staff were fantastic. Really engaged and caring with all of the residents. I felt much easier when I saw her with the staff.
Care sub standard... no managers... certain staff just sit about chatting... some of the residents not shaved of changed in very dissappointing
