I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this service. I saw tax agent Teesh in October. My appointment was at 10:30AM, however I ran 10 minutes behind due to assisting an elderly lady with the parking metre and paying for her (she only had coins bless her soul). My appointment with Teesh finished at 11:40AM, with Teesh charging me $375 (an hour and a half) for the appointment instead of an hour. The best tax agents I ever dealt with. They provided me with truly expert advice and they got back every dollar. They even corrected the mistakes made by my previous agent and got me back the medicare surcharge I was incorrectly paying during previous year. They are efficient, courteous and willing to answer every question. Highly, highly recommended.
