Can’t give 5 stars because they told us one thing, but did something else. Our piece was accidentally broken by the delivery men. They took it back to re order a new piece. In actuality, they only repaired what they broke. It doesn’t compromise the piece now but I hope there’s no issues in the future as it was the back leg of the dresser. Not sure why they said one thing but didn’t do it. For that reason, I don’t really trust to buy from them again. Furniture is beautiful though.
Update: slipcovers for my three piece large U shaped sectional was ordered but does not fit . Waited 3 months and now in limbo . Replacement slipcovers cost $4,400: TES those numbers are correct , and paid an addition 1,900 for four replacement cushions . So now set is a visual disaster . “ Ed” does call abd update me in the stagnant status of my situation. We will have to decide if a return is possible as cannot live like this as this set is what is directly faces the front door as you walk into house . We will try to get m... read more

My wife and I recently purchased a recliner here and Evelyn our sales lady was fantastic . She is a professional ,with decades of experience and very focused on customer satisfaction . She took her time and explored all our options with her no- pressure sales pitch . The store has a large showroom where you can sit in many chairs before you buy . We are repeat customers with Evelyn because she is such a pleasure to work with - Highly Recommend !
