WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH!!! Thought I'd give BRIDJ a try. Went online, created account. Got all excited about a mode of transport that NEVER SHOWED UP AND WAS CANCELLED. When I rang to find out why, I was told it's a system error as bus was overbooked. Bus went past and was completely empty and told it was going somewhere else. Won't be using this service again and, money was taken from account!! SCAMMED!!

I lost an item and the team were so lovely helping - answered straight away and the driver checked thoroughly. Much appreciated.

Very unreliable. I booked a trip for the following day, everything was smooth and received a confirmation email Got to the pick up place 10mins before waited for 30 mins but noone came and no notification as why it didn't come. Extremely disappointing i will never book again.

Not very well known, but generally decent for shorter trips that dont require a taxi/uber and encourages localisation where walking and cycling is not possible. Also useful where the large-scale public transport projects are under construction and the shuttle buses provide some support.
