Not very well known, but generally decent for shorter trips that dont require a taxi/uber and encourages localisation where walking and cycling is not possible. Also useful where the large-scale public transport projects are under construction and the shuttle buses provide some support.
Great drivers, great service, great experience every ride I have had so far. It is a niche service that isn’t going to solve all your transportation needs. However, it does save a you lot of time in a good way when travelling in specific zones underserved by the system. I wish the whole city was covered this way, because it is nice. Imagine Uber pool with buses that stop at bus stops. Just started using it often and every ride I’ve had I’ve given 5 star ratings.
We are sooo thankful for Bridj. Everything great so far. Its clean, professional, drivers nice & helpful, and they operate long hours too.
