17/12/25 booked bus to be collected from my home. When checking pickup location I found it was changed now at least a 10 minute walk away (for me due to my back). I called the office and was told that management have changed the “rules” as picking up in my street (outside/near my home) have changed as it was unsafe to pick up or drop off as there is no bus stop! Please kindly review performance of your Bus driver, Bai driving bus L10. He cancelled our trip, saying No Show as we were only 2 minutes late and waving at him on the way. We often booked your bus service and it usually came late. Bai cancelled our booking while he saw us running towards him, completely ignored us when we tried to talk to him and then walking somewhere to get water. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH!!! Thought I'd give BRIDJ a try. Went online, created account. Got all excited about a mode of transport that NEVER SHOWED UP AND WAS CANCELLED. When I rang to find out why, I was told it's a system error as bus was overbooked. Bus went past and was completely empty and told it was going somewhere else. Won't be using this service again and, money was taken from account!! SCAMMED!!
