Good experience for first time user like me for one of my resit property under unit trust title. On line staff and sale manager are helpful and dedicated. Reasonable, cost, considerable interest charge, no exit penalty for payment early, which is key for investors these days needed instant short term loan against equity for reno/resale period . The loan structure is greatly appreciated as it is well thought approach/solution to property investors.
