We deal with Bridgit through our financial adviser with the whole process running very seamlessly. Their portal and online approvals was good but needed to be updated post loan approval to show current payout loan balance. Overall great service.
I really try to avoid completing negative Google reviews but Bridgit are leaving me with no options. Not only are their processes horrible for brokers looking after clients but their scenario's/quote team do not understand the process. What I was told to get my applicant to chose Bridgit was totally wrong when it came to speaking with assessor. Bridgit were fantastic to deal with. As a broker, they had a fast turn around on assessment and were very focused in supporting our client. The team in the back of house were great to work with as was the BDM. Highly recommend as a bridging solution.
