Dallas is fantastic to work with. We worked with him last year when we bought our house. This week I reached out about interest rates and potentially refinancing for a lower rate. He said he was going to be perfectly honest, that rates were not any lower and that it would not be a smart move to refinance right now. That is why I will not use anyone else. Dallas' honesty is more important than anything else. He will do what is in your best interest, not try to make a buck.
