I arrived early to fill out my assessment forms for my first appt. The physio appeared for the appt. 45 min later. After a 17 min appt, I was charged $110.00. A portion of the appt involved answering questions. I had been instructed to arrive early for the appt to fills out pages with answers to the same questions.
