Had a great experience with my rehab. Everyone was helpful and a joy to work with. Staff is very friendly helpful with what ever you need. Food was great. My best rehab experience I had. Would and will recommend to family friends or anyone that asks.
My mom has been at Bridgewater for two weeks and her stay has been great! This is not the first rehab facility she has been to, but it has been the best experience so far. Nurses are attentive and the therapy team is awesome! The director of nursing and executive director have been so helpful as well! I would highly recommend Bridgewater if you are looking for a rehab facility in Carmel!
HORRIBLE PLACE to take your loved one. They don't answer the call lights, the patients and staff smoke outside all day long. The techs are not respectful of the patients. One tech, while cleaning my family member, literally squirted the body cleanser straight out of the bottle all over my family member in a very aggressive, haphazard and non-caring way, instead of putting the cleanser on a wash cloth or in a wash basin.
