My wife and I went to the credit union this morning. Our representative was darlynn. She helped us with our issues professionally and she showed excellent customer service.
Reviews are not looking good when you at a 2.9 rating. I was part of the old RTN credit Union. Great service. As with most things today, big consolation. Larger corporate bank that’s not paying attention to customer satisfaction. Just trying to hit a better bottom line. Have been with RTN for 25 years. Starting to look for another bank.
Prior to 2023 I had a five-year auto loan from MVCU. Everything went very well, no issues, paid off early. In the summer of 2023, I bought another used vehicle and took out another 5 year loan. They had a new program called Kasasa. It turned out to be a nightmare for the company and they quickly dropped it after a few months. I was pleased because it was extremely confusing at the least.
