I have been a credit union member for over 30 years well before RTN . I got use to personalized service. I got a home improvement loan 5 years ago. It has been payed automatically from my retirement checking account. I only have couple thousand left on the loan . My October and November payments have been deducted from my account. They have received documents from my bank that it’s been payed but the continue to sent foreclosure letters 5 last week.i have spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this . I hate going into the Plymouth branch. The tellers are unbelievably rude. You would think they would be happy to greet their customers. I've been a member for 37 years.

My wife and I went to the credit union this morning. Our representative was darlynn. She helped us with our issues professionally and she showed excellent customer service.
Reviews are not looking good when you at a 2.9 rating. I was part of the old RTN credit Union. Great service. As with most things today, big consolation. Larger corporate bank that’s not paying attention to customer satisfaction. Just trying to hit a better bottom line. Have been with RTN for 25 years. Starting to look for another bank.
