Bridgewater Credit Union used to be a stellar example of what a credit union could be. But then they merged with Merrimack Valley Credit Union. Depositors can no longer make deposits from their home computer since the software switch—even during the pandemic, and the coin sorter has been removed from the branch in Plymouth at a time when there was shortage of coins in the general population. I have been a credit union member for over 30 years well before RTN . I got use to personalized service. I got a home improvement loan 5 years ago. It has been payed automatically from my retirement checking account. I only have couple thousand left on the loan . My October and November payments have been deducted from my account. They have received documents from my bank that it’s been payed but the continue to sent foreclosure letters 5 last week.i have spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this . I hate going into the Plymouth branch. The tellers are unbelievably rude. You would think they would be happy to greet their customers. I've been a member for 37 years.
