3, because most of the staff were very nice and helpful. I went in to rehab from an operation. I was not happy when I arrived, the room was not in great shape, blood and snot on the curtains, the bathroom was a disgrace. I had a family member clean it twice because they ignored the dirt. The food was something else, when we had to ask for sandwiches after supper. I had snacks brought in. The showe area had a ton of hair on and under the mat in front of the shower.
