Don’t allow your family to be at this facility it’s dirty they leave patients dirty my mother is left for hours without being changed they don’t bathe the patients she had the big knot in her hair u can’t get a hold of nobody it’s always the run around
When I was there at the first time, I found the people to be very friendly outgoing and they really try to get you to connect with other ones and they were so helpful and they act very caring towards the other patients and yourself. They treated us very very well. The rooms are clean the halls do not smell like yarn. It’s just a very nice place. Very nice place and the employees that worked there are the people who worked there are very very nice people and very outgoing and very helpful.

Came to visit a relative. Not sure what to say. Seems like all these places have a smell. Could be cleaner. Pot smell was bad as we entered the front door. Seemed the smell was in the bathroom as well. Checking in is very different. Seems the room our relative was in was dirty. Diapers on the floor. We went to the sitting area. Went back to room.
