The staff at Volante made my Mom feel like she truly mattered to them. The care she received was exceptional. Because of worsening health concerns Mom needed to move into another facility and leaving Volante was like moving away from your family. Thank you for all you did for her.
My mother lived there for about a year. Horrible. Uncaring staff, terrible food, cares billed but not provided, English was not a primary language for most staff. Lights shut off after dinner so residents would go to their rooms. No activities. Residents not allowed into completely secure outdoor area without staff. Revolving door of management and staff.
