Inspirational indeed. Ran as think tank for finance rather then a hedge fund.
good atmosphere
I am a skilled finance attorney, and I worked at Bridgewater from 2015 - 2022. I have tremendous respect for Ray Dalio - he is a visionary who mastered the complexities of international financial markets while building an excellent company and fathering a lovely family. That said, my tenure at Bridgewater led me to perceive that the company has refocused dramatically since Ray’s exit, such that it is no longer an appropriate workplace for folks interested in any of finance, governance or corporate structure.
