My Mom has dementia/alzheimer's, and has been living at Bridgewater Avondale for the last 2 years. The staff seem to truly care for the people they are taking care of. My mom is happy, eating, they do many, many activities to keep them active. She is safe and secure,they have a memory care unit as well as assisted living. She is well cared for, clean, her room is nice. I would highly recommend them.

My 74 year old mother's experience at Bridgewater Assisted Living has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over time, we noticed a decline in the facility's Wellness. Communication with the staff became a constant issue, as they were defensive and hostile when we raised concerns or asked questions.
