I was absolutely pleased with David Mccollum's dedication and helpfulness. I refinanced for a VA Streamline and it was exactly that. David took the time to understand what my goal was for my family but wasted no time making it a reality. We set a very hopeful date (knowing it would take longer) and David made it happen. Never did I feel pressured or uneasy, David is straight forward and a man of his word. My refinance was closed within 3 weeks and in perfect time to make Christmas just a little more special!
Veterans need to stay away! Lack of clear communication, lack of follow through. Two months waste of time Financially clear, great credit, Loan values great and then... Had to call and ask each time where we were in the loan process. New people would call back with out knowing what was going on. Each time they would request something new that they needed only to find they already had. Something not right with the way they do business.
