Had such a great experience with Bridgespan for my personal taxes. I thought I’d use them when I started my small business. I worked with Wendy to do monthly accounting services for my small business and she was absolutely rude and condescending. I would get emails from her with all capital letters. I would discourage anyone from working with her and this company due to their lack of professionalism and respect.
