They are all about the $. They were taking all of the monthly food stamps money from the guys every month and they say that it is of course for food but they never buy any food at the treatment center. Disney sends a truck at least once a week to donate food to the work release and the prisoners cook that food and send a portion of it to the treatment center where I was at. OP TECH Ebony Robinson is amazing and was an awesome experience when needing help with a loved one inside. She went above and beyond her duty to make the experience pleasant. You guys need 10 more of her.
The current staff on the program/operation division are loving and caring towards all their clients. The staff also prioritize safety and security for their clients and staff.
This facility was the worst experience of my life. I need therapy just for going there. I only lasted 4 months out of 9 I was happier in jail sadly. The staff was racist towards white people I heard private conversations. Also the staff took advantage of the fact that we were facing heavy charges and knew we couldn't leave and treated us any kind of way. We had no break from programming and the program consists of sitting in one room all day doing paperwork like we were a counselor and ran our own groups. I've never seen so ... read more
I called just to gather some info, and I must say whoever that was that answered the phone (male), was extremely rude and very unprofessional. They literally made me feel like I was bothering them, then he transferred me to another ext. Without telling me.
