Good reputable firm - recommend
I would not recommend Ms Kennedy or Ms Contala. Their approach to my estate matter was about maximisation of their billing hours rather than bringing the dispute to a quick resolution pursuant to section 56 of the Civil Procedure Act. Their approach was that no advocacy is needed or indeed is even possible in directions hearings, despite the other side engaging heavily in the same. Very disappointed. I sent an email to Ms Kennedy on 2/11/23 & I’m still waiting for an acknowledgement. I called to follow up a week later & was given a telephone appointment at 10am today. I received a call at 10:11am. Unfortunately my child had to use the restroom & my phone was out of reach. I called back at 10:14am to be told that Ms Kennedy was unavailable!.
